Returning to Server, looking for housing

Just started back up here and didn't refresh my properties while I was gone for the better part of the last year and a half so I need a home. Just looking for something to start over in again. Small houses are ok, prefer no aggressive spawn, if the location is decent to put up a vendor that's a bonus but not a necessity.
