Selling some smalls out in KA, great for hunting/mining!!

I want to sell these smalls to a new player that may have a friend they play with - I understand money is tight to begin with, so I will sell these houses at 2x deed each. If you do not have money, that's ok I will co own you and you will have your privacy. I will accept ingots and/or boards in lieu of payment if you are unable to pay with gold. Bottom line, I want to help a newbie get started here. Hit me up on PM, I have a couple other houses out here too, but this is a pair of houses that would be great for a couple of friends just starting the game!!
