Blank maps blank scrolls

shouldnt we be able to make maps from blank scrolls? or make blank maps from blank scrolls? i didnt have t hunter in t2a era so im confused...

was it 10 sec delays on making maps?

Funny you mentioned it. If you use the Cart skill it says just a blank map, BUT when the gump pops up to choose what to make, it says blank map OR blank scroll.

the 10 sec delay for carto and inscribe seems not accurate... but i didnt have both skills in t2a era so i cant be sure...
