Nothing was cherry picked and I'm pretty sure I only kept powers that had tactics bonus.

ok 12k for the (5) fencing weapons ...as long they do have + tactics. Would be very helpful to include the information as most of the value of the weapon is in the tactics modifiers. When does this end?
