The auction will end 48 hours after the first bid. The buyer must arrange payment with the transfer of deeds to the seller at the bank of choice upon end of the auction. The seller will then transfer the tower to the buyer.

I know you think people aren't as bright as you capitalist. However, if I was going to try something fishy. I wouldn't be so blatant as throw out such a high bid to get a higher price. I think I would probably bid smaller increments to get someone else up to that price point.
