Rares that interest me include uniques, server births, non spawning or very nice holiday or event rares.

There is no bear rug inside and also no plants inside, these have been removed and are not part of the sale.

Few interested parties over pm regarding what min price would be.

I paid 5 mill a long time ago and expect to recoup that sum atleast or trade to that approx. value.
