Spawn: Occasional gargoyle or air elemental to the south east. Only timber wolves or mongbats spawn near the steps so it's pretty safe.
As you can see there is access to the water to park your ship out front.
I would like two story deed plus small deed which is what i paid originally.
I will gate buyer to house, transfer ownership, and provide two runes to the house, after deeds are received.
