I think what he is looking for is the charged dye tubs, that have basically used up their charges (and only have one color hue available) which makes them have very limited value to the original purchaser.

The unlimited furny dye tubs are ALOT. However, if you can amass a good collection of used up furny die tubs, you could put together a decent palate of colors for a lot less money.*

*this assumes I understand correctly how the charges work on the furny dye tubs. I've never actually used one because I am cheap.
