I remember that there was always stuff in the ranger huts outside of Skara Brea, but that there's now nothing out there right now. Back in the day, you could sometimes find leather armor, studded leather armor, or other random junk.
I know that this isn't a big deal, but I thought that I would mention it for the sake of accuracy.

Whips use to spawn in the chests a few times a day too. Not here though
