Unfortunately, I no longer have any use a keep and I would like to sell this one off. This was decorated by Joe last Christmas for a competition and I purchased it.

Trade went well. I made the mistake of giving him back the keep deed on TWO separate occasions and he returned it both times with a laugh and a chuckle. I have also sold him my Yew small outside the bank (which was where the mistake was made). I trust this buyer wholeheartedly.
