GYish house w/ Winter Festive Statue collection

Post by Elk Eater »

Come be my neighbor, this house is next door to my GY patio, appx 1 screen UP from the NW corner of the GY. This collection of Winter Festive Statues is missing only two, with a couple of duplicates (2 green busts, 2 silver busts, 2 green surfers, 2 silver towers)

The house along with the near complete collection:

SB 2x castle
BO 2x castle + keep

Yeah, I can see how this would be cool to you... except this property isn't actually attractive to anyone except the owner of the patio its next to (you) and the trophy collection's silver value doesn't justify purchasing.

Not to mention the collection is incomplete.

Yeah it's a nice collection in that it is pretty... I'm just curious, can you not really sell one or the other though? Is that why you combined these unrelated products? What is the silver value of these trophies in your incomplete collection? 30? What is that a tower deed?

.....and the house seems to be in an uncomfortably awkward close position to the actual property that has the value: your patio.

Also since you are a known griefer and hang out with known griefers, I would think that should lower the value too.

Cheers.

I think the statues are worth 2x castle, if not more, together. I actually suggested he sell them for higher than this. That red china alone is worth well over a tower deed imo.

Find me a more complete collection and I'll change my tune!

PS: Someone with a green china should buy this *cough doogie*

Yeah, the china ones are the good looking of the bunch.

Their value probably transcends their silver worth, but its definitely the only one.

The truth is practically no one is interested in a complete collection of these in the same way that no one is really interested in a complete snow globe or greeting card collection at this point.

By all means, don't change your tune. Make an offer if you like it, hmm? :)

Concerning the property, I have literally been in the market for Brit GY homes as seen here:

viewtopic.php?f=72&t=63593

I personally wouldn't touch this property as I have gone out to view it and its in a unattractive positioning.

PS: tit for tat elk eater.

Your welcome

Glad you got your starting bid.... well kinda. -200k but who's counting
I'm sure its because you can't give that property away, but at least you tried and thats what counts :)
