This place has given me a lot of joy over the last couple years. Its very scenic and quiet. There is very low player traffic and almost no spawn.

Right now, I am upgrading to a castle/tower bridged property or I wouldn't have any reason to sell it tbh.

These can be sold together or split up.

I will include ALL the decorations for an extra cost, and rares trade-ins will be accepted towards the cost of property.

Don't be shy. I don't expect a person to purchase every single rare and every single property.

Do you only like the L shape and its deco? Do you like the tower, but you don't want the library part or its rares? Do you want the placed properties but no deco?

There is so much to consider that it is going to be necessary to negotiate.

Just an FYI, there is likely over 30 mil in rares between these properties. So if you want the whole thing, the price point would need to start near there.
