If I were you, I'd go with the identical pair of shadow hue in the 2400. I don't remember the exact # but they are in the sandal dictionary. If cost isn't an issue, go for 1109 for the rarity.

Concerning 1109s, I would personally expect to pay 3m for blessed non gfered. Regardless, it will be difficult to find a pair, and you may need to buy from silver rewards.
