New Player Here, Asking For Favor

So I am hoping to transfer to this shard as the shard I am currently playing has a small player base and has become quite boring. My problem is, With College, Girlfriend and other things, I don't have the time to farm and build a new character. Though, I wish to get on the shard and start PvPing asap.
If anyone would be able to take me under their wing or lend me some cash to macro my char up, it would be greatly appreciated! And UO2A would aquire a new player .
