Meditation scale & Does dex affect snooping and Stealing?

Okay 2 Questions:

1.) Anyone have a scale showing how Int, Meditation skill and AR affect mana regen rate? Just wondering if I cut Med to 70,Int was 60-75 wearing no armor how fast would I gain?

2.) Does your dex affect your ability to steal at GM?

No, dex and other stats don't effect skill success at GM levels. AR will effect your stealing chance though.

Yea I read that one, its the post that made me ask about a "scale" to determine how quickly I can gain mana back at certain skil levels, Int levels, and armor levels. Don't see a calulation in there though.

set up a test and calculate it, youd be a hero

Actually there is a calculator that I beleive still applies for UOSA on Stratics. It calculates mana regen/sec based on INT and skill level. I'm once again at work guys so no link,sorry. I'll edit when I get home.

I have a similar dex related question. I read somewhere that your chance to reveal someone that's hidden (not using invis) compares your detect hidden skill and dex to their hiding and stealth skill. Does that apply here?
