"Rare" books?

I wasnt able to find any players who exactly are named "Richard Garriott" (mental father of UO) and "Pieter of Vesper" so im wondering if these two books are rares.

Im aware of the fact you could possibly rename the books and type that stories by yourself but who does this and puts them into a "treasure box" in a town?

It would be great if a lockpicker / treasure hunter could check it and give me a short note on this.

there is an original collection that spawns in librarys throughout UOSA
you can see the collection at the museum
or jsut keep checking them otu of the librrary
