REPORTED ISSUE:
Forensic Eval reveals you when used.
edit: The skill also has a 100% success rate at determining the lockpicker of a box with 0 skill, this should be a percentage based on your skill.
ISSUE DETAILS:
Using the Forensics skill while hidden reveals you, i believe it should not.
ENVIRONMENT DETAILS:
n/a
STEPS TO RECREATE:
Hide, use forensics.
Use forensics on a pre-lockpicked box, with 0 skill.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Forensics not revealing you in the same manner as similar skills. (anatomy, evalint, detect, remove trap, herding et al.)
edit:Forensics success rate is based on a percentage, much like the itemid skill.

I read somewhere that Forensics was a skill you could use while hidden.
I agree also that it should out of likeliness be skill based in determining a lockpicker of a chest even in your own home. Whether it is accurate or not I never researched that far into it.
