thats a quest item that cant be traded

yes they can be traded jus not thru a trade window and it doesnt disapear if u lock it down

the only info i could find on it, is that it was a quest from 2009, not sure if you can still do the quest but it has 20 destinations on it

unless they removed the quest you can still get, also if your not the person who got it will probebly decay.
Was alot of people scamming with em not long ago.

i just got it from a idoc tower from one of the old WL members and i had it in my pack and so did my buddy, we just had to pass it by dropping it on the ground, i know there was other blue weather maps that did that but i believe this one might be different, dont know much about it tho, if someone would care to enlighten me on it that would be great. thanks for the info guys, so i guess this one is non decaying one its been locked down in my tower since i posted this and is still going strong so i dunno i guess i might jus keep it as a deco cuz of all the issues with trading it and it looks cool as shit in my house...
btw tela the tower said UWL Factory on the house sign, thats why i thought it may of been one of your guys that had owned it previously

If you want to sell it, just include a small house deed in the price, place the small house, lock the map down, transfer the house to a broker. Broker takes payment from the buyer. No one enters the house for 3 days. If the map remains house is transferred to the buyer, money to the seller. Tedious but possible.

However there is a method to creating these (non decaying), same method can be used i suspect to keep a monster corpse from decaying. (Kill a monster in your house, lock it down, secure it, release it, place it in your pack)

the monster will decay in ur bag. i also reported this bug months ago to derrick and its totaly illegal. so is the map exploit. just a heads up

Good stuff.. Okay so I did some research on these maps and I did the quest and got anther map, Locked it down in my house and it decayed within a day, not sure what the exact timer was i just came back the next day and it was gone. So the one I orginal posted is a non Decaying Weather Map as long as its locked down in a house. So if you feel like making me an offer ill consider it and then we can do what Telamon said with the small house, as an escrow and use a broker for 72 hours or whatever
