Secluded Hedge Maze Tower with options!

Post by Apocalypse »

Selling this secluded tower. As the tower is currently placed, it is not possible to place another house in this clearing. However, there is a lot of room to work with here. The tower can be moved back to give it a nice large front yard and a small can be placed in the southeast area (see pic). This is a fantastic location. No neighbors. Low spawn. Close to the hedge maze, Destard, Skara Brae, Brit moongate, etc. I would be happy to help the winning bidder move the tower after the sale if they prefer the option that allows a small.

Starting bid: castle deed
Buyout: none

I would prefer to keep all bids public.

Bidding will conclude at 7pm PST on Sunday 7/28/13 or one hour after the last bid, whichever comes later.

I would guess not, being that the wings help block. But you could place a small in addition to the patio to secure the clearing.

Can Achu post here, since you want to keep all bids public?

I just don't like to bid on things with *private* bids. This spot is A+.

Sheesh...where to begin...

Okay folks, I've been made a private offer that, in my opinion, FAR exceeds the real value of this property. This offer was not made in gold, but in a property the potential buyer hasn't used and simply wants to trade for my tower. I will not disclose the exact value of the property offered in trade at this time to avoid artificial inflation of my property's value.

In the interest of fairness, I will give all of you serious buyers until tonight at 10pm PST to make me a private offer that beats what I've received. To be honest, I'm not expecting anyone to be willing to offer enough to beat it. Just as a guideline, if you're thinking of offering me 2 mil, you're not even close. ;)

I'm not taking the offer as a buyout, but rather, an offer far enough above the property's real value, that I am 100% confident that nobody else will be willing to pay that much for it and thus I am ending the auction earlier than expected. As a courtesy to other interested individuals, I'm giving them a little time to prove me wrong.
