Up for sale is a tower with two adjacent small houses in the swamp south of Destard! EDIT: now THREE adjacent smalls!

They are in a line running E-W and it's not even 30 steps from the farthest small house to the tower. The other small is in the middle. Super convenient if you need to move between them for whatever reason. EDIT: The third small is directly behind the tower!

The tower is right on the edge of the swamp, so spawn isn't as bad as it is if you are right in the middle. In addition to that, you are right on the water!

Starting Bid: 2x Tower Deed + 2x small deed.
Buy out: 4x Tower Deed

I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time, for any reason.

UPDATE!

The small house behind the tower was taken down and I have placed a new small house in its place. I will include this house in the auction as long as bidding reaches a minimum of 2x tower deed + 3x small deed.

In an interesting plot twist, the small house behind the tower went MIA sometime today (owner must have taken it down for some reason) and I have placed a new small in that spot.



I am now including this in the auction as well as long as bidding covers deed cost. I will, of course, honor Beedle's starting bid and simply keep the third house and attempt to sell it separately if he wins with the starting bid. However, I am going to ask that the next bid be at least 2x tower + 3x smalls. Any bid beyond that will include the 3rd small house (seen above) as well as the tower and two smalls in the original listing.

I will respect your original starting bid time of 11:03 today. So that would put the ending time at 11:03 am July 30 (excluding any further bidding).

Like I said above, if you aren't interested in the 3rd house, there's no need to bid for it. But if you are, then great! Worst case scenario you could always deed them out anyway and get the money back.

You were right! The small actually IDOCed, but someone replaced it. Thankfully, when they did they moved it back a tile or two. It actually took me and Ashborn about 10 minutes to get the placement right after the last save on Saturday morning. I almost gave up but then it popped up.
