I dont have any problems with EVs just keep practicing. Paralyze your targets if you have too and make sure u always drop it tile next to the mob you want it to kill. Pking is a fun freedom in the game....the only thing that empties the shard when it comes to pks is when a massive guild makes it a point to patrol the same dungeon constantly and pick on 1 person until they stop playing. pking farmers that aren't up to specs on skills and stats and gameplay is IMO...
