Aye, the cowner inaccuracies are a critical part of the failure of 90% of the shards houses to decorated and made into homes. This is something that will be addressed, however we are looking to comprehensively fix a lot of issues at once in rather than make a lot of major back to back changes.

How would a change like that be implemented? I'd rather see all co-owners dropped from all placed houses and have to be re-added than to have a house go condemned and drop because some yobbo decided to co-own you to their house without you seeing it once upon a time and having no idea where the house you're co-owned to is.

I imagine co-owners would be dropped entirely -- they were introduced on the cutoff date with the beginnings of the new housing system. Best if they were made into friends instead of being removed from the house entirely though.

no more co-owners means more house looting. friends cant release locked down items, so people will need to rely more on keys for home entry (like it should be). im all for it. old housing 4tw

We won't condemn houses for any reason related to these changes.

I expect there will be good notice before any change is implemented.

When the house is refreshed make a popup forcing the refresher to agree. Then give them X amount of time from the agreement to get their things in order, and after that time convert all the co-owners of the home into friends.
