Is that option the reason why a heal self macro would heal an opponent you have been attacking? I think you just saved me a bunch of trouble lol, thanks.Malaikat wrote:que last is an option under the "options" tab in razor. As the name suggests, it will target something before you actually have a target cursor. I asked if you have it disabled because I could easily see that you would wheel up 2 or 3 times, which may que your next spell to hit your target even if you didn't want it to...
Re: pvp hotkeys (coming from divinity)
i'll reveal a few of my hotkeys which have made pvping so much easier.
even after quitting in 2001 and not playing any shards i still somehow remembered a majority of my macroes. as quick as the connections are nowadays combined with the power of hallyhits, as well as the ease with which one can spam miniheal and stay alive in situations where they would have almost certainly have been dead back in the day-- these factors made it imperative to alter my hotkeys even though it took a lot of dying and looking silly to remember them.
s = harm
alt s = equip/unequip hally
z = fireball
x = lightning
caps locks = miniheal
as far as harm and hally equip go, why have it any other way? why reach and even lose 1/4 of tick and be late on a greater heal disrupt? that one small factor could mean the difference between living and dying. loot or no loot. my thumb is on the alt key waiting to equip the hally and i can either hold/drop harm, cast fireball or lightning if they're low enough (and i don't anticipate a GH coming or think i'm able to catch them slipping and disrupt a GH with fireball or lightning) and i have the mana... also miniheal is not far away at all if they get a big hit off and turn me from offense to defense. these are the reasons i can think of to have these keys where they are, ESPECIALLY the harm and hally hotkeys.
now what i do (mainly on my dexers) to combat miniheal spammers...
1 = exp pot
` = last target (for landing exp pot)
2 = attack last target
i don't even have to look down at the keyboard since the purple pot hotkey and last target are right next to each other. i can sometimes land 10 for 10 and even hit them an entire screen away.
click mouse scroller = target closest enemy humanoid
scroll mouse up = target next humanoid
scroll mouse down = target self
these are the most optimal ones i've come up with. as soon as you think <spell> you should be casting <spell>, not looking at your keyboard to make sure you hit harm and not cure

Re: pvp hotkeys (coming from divinity)
Not really, I use similar macros, all you have to do is keep CAPSLOCK always on and press shift when you want to type. That way, when you don't hold shift, you'll be using your macros (and typing in CAPS), while when you hold shift, you'll be typing normally, without actually using any macros.Psilo wrote:they require the use of "disable razor hotkeys" to chat though.![]()
Using "disable hotkeys" works, but I personally hate that function, since I tend to forget to turn them back on when needed.
Either way works.

Where were you several months ago, jeeze. Works great unless you forget to hold shift while you type. Hell, I can't even remember to turn off my hotkeys. You know how many times I've hit myself with an explode-ebolt combo cuz I started running my mouth?Hamrlik wrote:Not really, I use similar macros, all you have to do is keep CAPSLOCK always on and press shift when you want to type. Yeah, I always do the same... I avoid keybinding spell macros which include "last target" or "target self" on letter keys for that reason, so the worse that can happen is I'll start casting spells, without actually targeting anyone. I use "Alt" modifiers for Last Target macros and "Ctrl" modifiers for Target Self macros.
IE.: "D" is my Explosion keybind, while "Alt+D" is my Explosion Last Target keybind. "Q" is my Cure keybind, while "Ctrl+Q" is my Cure Self keybind.
In any case, keybinds are personal and require getting used to them (time and practice) to be effective.

Re: pvp hotkeys (coming from divinity)
Just happen to have this image laying around (from 8 years ago)... essentially these are the keys I use. Where there's a slash (eg, toggle weapon/meditate), it means one is for UO:R and one is for T2A. Keys like recall I no longer use on the numpad, a few have been switched around a little, but you get the gist. There are a lot more but I just put those on F-keys and numbers on the left side of the keyboard.

Re: pvp hotkeys (coming from divinity)
I think using the Num Pad is best, cause with F keys in the heat of a battle you can easily press the wrong shit. this is from UOG where you couldnt heal through poison, but is relative. Just a good area of the keyboard to organize
num / * - (numlock unused, one you gotta watch out for) -debuffs add shift for buffsa
7 8 9 + lower circle offensive e.g harm lightning
4 5 6 explo ebolt and another
1 2 3 mini heal gheal cure
0 . enter ("." equip wep)
can use the arrow keys with your pinky as well, as page up keys. the whole point is to stream line your macros into most simple format
another thing make sure you un-check (turn off) Queue last target, that shit just creates problems
