How much is the deed, you don't mean the deed costs ONLY 1K do you? If so, yes I'll bid just 1k for the Yew house.Apocalypse wrote:Bump for reduced prices. LOOKING TO GET RID OF THESE QUICKLY!

No that's not what I mean.
This is a common way placed houses are sold on the forums. Deed + 1k refers to a two story deed plus 1k gold. Deed prices can be found here: http://wiki.uosecondage.com/Housing.
A typical housing auction might consist of "deed", referring to a deed for the type of house being sold, in this case a two story, plus an additional cost which would represent the value of the land the house is placed on. Sometimes that additional cost is an amount of gold, or it could be a small deed or some other type of deed.
For example, you might see a placed tower sell for deed + small deed (deed to a small house) or deed + 3 small deeds, etc.
House deeds can be purchased from npc architects found in some towns.
Hope that clarifies it.

Are those prices the same as what an NPC city vendor would sell them for? If so, I'd rather just buy the deed from them and save 1K, place it myself.Apocalypse wrote:No that's not what I mean.

That's just the thing... there aren't any spots for houses this big. New to a good economy shard, are we?

Really, what about all that land near Wrong? Anyway, if true that blows away my dreams of buying a tower, at least from an NPC. I know land would eventually be a problem, too many players and not enough of it.Bmohr225 wrote:That's just the thing... there aren't any spots for houses this big. Bmohr225 is correct.Bmohr225 wrote:That's just the thing... there aren't any spots for houses this big. New to a good economy shard, are we?
You are more than welcome to purchase the deed from the npc architect and try to place it yourself. However, spots that fit large houses are very hard to find on a shard with the population of UOSA. That's not to say they don't exist, but I don't know if any at the moment (if I, or any other player, knows a place where one can be placed, you can bet they have already taken the spot). Herein lies the added value of the land. Anyone can buy a deed from an architect. Its finding a spot to place it that is difficult, if not impossible.
Re: These two story houses MUST to go! REDUCED!!!
Every shard I've ever been on, you've been unable to place housing in that area. This one is no exception. Trust me, you'll be hard pressed to find a place to put a 2-story home on this shard, my friend. Smalls, but not larger.

Please try and place a large house there. If you are successful I will gladly congratulate you on the amazing find. However, when you discover you can't find a spot, feel free to pony up the additional 1k I'm asking and bid on one of mine.randale wrote:Really, what about all that land near Wrong?Bmohr225 wrote:That's just the thing... there aren't any spots for houses this big.
