Vendor purchase is fine. Will take a small amount of work on my part since I don't currently have a vendor up anywhere but I could make it happen. Although a patio deed and two small deeds plus 9600 gold would make for an easy trade window trade. But I always let the winning bidder choose their preferred method of transfer.
