The time has come for me to sell the first house I placed on UOSA. I don't use it anymore so I feel I should let it go. This is a great spot for a fisher or new player or anyone looking for a safe haven. Hardly any spawn (occasional headless or mongbat).

I have a question,what does "deed" mean?
SH deed is available for 43.8K.
So... do you mean "deed + **K" is equal to "43.8K + **K"?

That is correct. Houses are commonly sold on the forums in this manner. Deed refers to the cost of a deed of the same type of house (small in this case) plus an additional amount which would reflect the value of the spot it is placed.

We don't have bank checks here so house deeds are used for purchases of more expensive items.
