Seriously though, this spot is absolutely fantastic. Very close to Minoc and Vesper, the Minoc moongate, and the Bucs Den teleporter. Little to no spawn. Hardly any foot traffic outside of the occasional miner. LARGE front yard (has been moved back a couple tiles from where Atraxi had it to make the front yard larger).
This is also a great spot for a miner with the added bonus that you can mine from the roof and that, in addition to iron ore, there is a vein of copper and a vein of dull copper mine-able from the roof platform. Also in close proximity to the tower are a bronze vein, a golden vein, and a verite vein.
Bidding will start at a keep deed.
