any market for low end magic items?
Hey all,
I have a TON of low end magic weapons/armor and a bunch of night eyes clothing/jewelry stuff from t maps and MiB's. Is there any market for these items? If not on the forums, on a vendor? Or should I just be selling these to NPC vendors (or smelting items that can be smelted)?
And regarding magic weapons, is a ruin or might weapon that is +20 or better worth anything? Seems like the accuracy modifiers are worth more on the forums than the damage modifiers, but maybe I haven't done enough research.
Appreciate any insight.

Re: any market for low end magic items?
That depends upon the item. A giant +x mod on a slow melee weapon is better than a flat damage mod sometimes because every 10 in tactics gives a 10% bonus to damage, which can be greater than vanq on really big weapons. On bows, you really want a big modifier because it gives you a greater chance to hit.
In reference to the night eyes crap, just sell it to town vendors. It is really quite useless. Jewelry sells for a little bit, and clothes sell for some gold too. Unless you are a super old-schooler that doesn't use the light levels filter, in which case it is mildly useful.

I added mid/low lvl weapons to my vendor and they just don't sell =( really cheap too
Re: any market for low end magic items?
if they're silver or charged (fireball, lightning, ghouls), they'll sell.
i'll even buy regular hallies if they have magic arrow.

Umm....so I guess I'm either old school or stupid. Probably the latter. What's this deal with light levels? I've been casting night sight on myself in dungeons. Didn't know there was another option. How do I do this?
Re: any market for low end magic items?
On the general tab in Razor, scroll down under Filters and you will see light levels. Select it and you will not have to cast night sight.

Personally, I will ID (manually or with a macro) all of my magic items and sell anything sub-par to NPCs.
It's a better turn over than ingot value for most items as far as I can tell.
