This has got to be one of the safest non-Moonglow locations on the shard to have a house. Guard zone adjacent (literally...the spot where my toon is standing up against the west side of the house is in guards protection). Secluded, yet VERY close to town. Practically ZERO spawn. Hardly any foot traffic.

This amazing house would be a fantastic spot for a fisher. Park your boat in guards protection (west side of the peninsula) and transfer your treasure chests to your house with confidence.

IT DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS FOLKS!!!
