I think that's a good deal. I seem to recall seeing the non-spawning necro regs go for usually around 100k per. I, myself, purchased 2 grave dust and 2 dragons blood not too long ago for a tower deed.

Never seen a reverse backpack for sale so I have no idea. Being that they don't come up for sale very often, I'm betting there aren't many out there, or at least there aren't many people are willing to sell. A quick google search showed a guy trying to sell one for a tower deed back in Nov 2011, but didn't have any responses to his thread aside from his "bumps". Saw another one from 2010 where someone was selling 2 of them for 100k per, and a sale appears to have taken place at that price. Based on that limited info, I'd say your guess is as good as mine as far as value goes.
